At Carnage Cards, we want shopping with us to be simple, transparent, and hassle free. This page explains how delivery, returns, and refunds work for both online and in-store purchases.

Carnage Cards is a trading name of Carnage Cards TCG Ltd.


Delivery Information

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, new releases, or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.


Delivery Methods

We use trusted courier and postal services to deliver orders safely. Delivery options and estimated timescales will be shown at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.


International Orders

We do ship internationally where available. International delivery times vary by destination.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in our prices.


Delivery Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by couriers, customs, or third parties are beyond our control. If your order appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused and unopened

  • Seals remain intact

  • Items are in their original condition and packaging

To request a return, please email support@carnagecards.com with your order number.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items can be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, they are treated as standard orders and fall under the returns policy above.

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change. Delays outside of our control do not automatically entitle customers to a refund unless required by law.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

For sealed trading card products, we can only replace or refund the sealed product itself. We cannot replace individual cards inside sealed packs, as these are the responsibility of the manufacturer.


In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in-store at our High Street location are handled in line with UK consumer law. Proof of purchase is required for refunds or exchanges.

Please note that change-of-mind returns for in-store purchases are not guaranteed unless the item is faulty.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
