Carnage Cards is based in Maldon, Essex. Our full address, opening hours and contact details can be found on our Contact page.
Preorders are normally dispatched on or just before the official release date. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
We accept cash and major debit and credit cards in-store. Online orders can be paid securely through our website.
Carnage Cards supports organised play across multiple trading card games. We are an approved Bandai TCG+ store and an Official Tournament Store (OTS) for Yu-Gi-Oh!, with additional organised play programmes being added as they become available.
Please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the damage and we will assist you.

We regularly host events, organised play and casual gaming sessions for: Pokémon Trading Card Game, One Piece Card Game, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World, Roleplaying Games (RPGs), Trade Nights, Learn to Play Sessions, Community Gaming Events. Not all games will have regular scheduled events at all times. Please check our Events page or social media channels for the latest event information.
We stock a wide range of Trading Card Games, Roleplaying Games, sealed products, singles, accessories, gaming supplies and collectibles.
We are particularly interested in: Pokémon, One Piece Card Game, Magic: The Gathering, Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World.
Yes. Public parking is available within walking distance of the store. Please check local parking restrictions and charges before visiting.
Standard UK delivery is available from £4.95. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and value of your order.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.
Values are based on condition, recent market sales, demand and current availability.

Yes. We offer a selection of hot and cold drinks, along with a selection of cake, snacks and refreshments available to purchase in-store.
Yes. We regularly host trade nights where players can meet, trade cards, show collections and enjoy the hobby with other members of the community. All trades are conducted between participants. Carnage Cards is not responsible for agreements made between individuals.
Yes. Store credit may be offered on selected trade-ins and collections and can often provide a higher value than a cash offer.
Yes. Simply select Click & Collect during checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Yes. Customer toilet facilities are available for visitors and event participants.
Yes. Customers are welcome to visit the store, browse stock, purchase products and take part in events.
Yes. We buy selected trading cards, collections and graded cards.
Yes. We are interested in graded cards from recognised grading companies including ACE, PSA, CGC and Beckett.
Yes. We are always interested in viewing collections, binders and larger lots.
Large collections are best viewed by appointment to ensure we can give them the time and attention they deserve. Please contact us to arrange a valuation.
Some events require advance booking while others allow walk-ins. Please check the event listing for details.
Some events may require registration through the relevant organised play platform, such as Pokémon Play, Bandai TCG+, Konami Neuron or Wizards EventLink. If required, details will be provided within the event listing.
Due to product integrity, anti-tampering requirements and publisher policies, opened trading card products cannot normally be returned unless faulty.
Unused items in their original condition may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Yes. We regularly offer preorders for upcoming releases. Product information and expected release dates will be shown on the product page.
Yes. We offer casual play sessions, on a Wednesday and Sunday, we are currently arranging two evenings a week for organised events and community gaming opportunities. Please check our Events page or social media channels for current availability.

Absolutely. Children are welcome to visit the store and attend suitable events. Younger children should be accompanied by a responsible adult where appropriate.
Yes. Carnage Cards is an Official Tournament Store (OTS) for Yu-Gi-Oh! and is authorised to run official Konami organised play events and distribute OTS Tournament Packs through eligible events.
Yes. Friends, family members and visitors are welcome to watch most events, provided they do not disrupt gameplay or participants.
