These Terms & Conditions explain how our website, in-store services, and sales work. They apply whenever you visit our website, place an order online, or shop with us in-store.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Using Our Website

By accessing our website, you agree to follow these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and account holders. We may update them from time to time, and any changes will take effect once published on the website. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Customer Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us immediately.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy products under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

An item is out of stock
There is a pricing or product description error
Payment cannot be authorised
Fraud or misuse is suspected

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store card payment details. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by later price changes.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are sold before their official release date. Release dates are supplied by manufacturers or distributors and may change. Delays caused by suppliers are outside of our control.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order until all items are available. Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, they are treated as standard orders and fall under our returns policy.

5. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, or special offers. These may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, or exclusions. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

6. Product Authenticity

All products sold by us are genuine and sourced from authorised suppliers. Items are checked before dispatch.

Please note that minor manufacturing defects within sealed products, including individual cards inside sealed booster packs, are the responsibility of the manufacturer and not Carnage Cards Gaming & Collectibles.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier services. Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or other third parties are beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us at support@carnagecards.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and original packaging

For sealed trading card products, we can only replace or refund the sealed item itself. We cannot replace individual cards from sealed packs. In some cases, manufacturers may offer replacements directly, but they are under no obligation to do so.

10. In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in-store at our Maldon High Street location are subject to these Terms. Refunds or exchanges are handled in line with UK consumer law. Proof of purchase is required.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is owned by Carnage Cards TCG Ltd or its licensors.

The slogan Carnage cards Because Everyone Needs a Hobby™ is used as an unregistered trademark. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not use our website to:

Break the law or regulations
Commit fraud or attempt unauthorised access
Upload or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carnage Cards TCG Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with UK GDPR and respect your data protection rights.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carnage Cards TCG Ltd from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other notices on our website, form the entire agreement between you and Carnage Cards TCG Ltd.
